You have a coach! Just show up - we’ll take care of the rest. Your workout is already designed for you and a coach will not only guide you through it but also motivate, keep you accountable, and ensure optimal progress.
By allowing only 8 clients per coach, we can give each client individual attention and instruction to ensure that they are training safely and effectively for maximum results.

Habit Based Nutrition Coaching
A complete guide to nutrition, based on your goals, with information on how to make it a part of your balanced and healthy lifestyle.
We don’t do fads, crash diets, or put a restriction on certain foods.
Through lessons, assignments, and daily habits:
- We help clients find the right mix of foods for their goals, lifestyle, and preferences.
- We show them how to make meals suitable for them.
- And we help them stay consistent.
However, we go much deeper than just the food. We also dig into:
- Food behaviors (food timing, meal frequency, meal speed, and food amount).
- Food attitudes (food views, restriction vs. abundance, disordered thinking).
- Stress management (in general, how it relates to food).
- Rest, recovery, and sleep (in general, how they relate to food).
- Outlook (confidence, resiliency, mastery, and growth mindset).
We’ll set you up to succeed no matter how busy you are, how much you travel, or how many social activities you have.
A private meeting held every 8 weeks with your coach.
We'll review progress in all aspects of fitness - strength, performance, body composition and lifestyle improvement.
We'll set new or adjust current goals based on current progress and what you want to achieve.
Lastly, we'll construct a plan to use until the next Success Session covering all the pillars of health and wellness - Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Mobility, Training, and Mindset.
Strength and Conditioning
This class is the foundation of your program. Full body, compound movements with a barbell, are the best way to build strength and create real physique changes. You will combine the main lifts with appropriate accessory exercises and metabolic conditioning all in one workout!
55+ Active Living
The most important loss in physical capacity with advancing age is strength. Your workout is designed specifically for you with a focus on strength, balance, and mobility. Train under the guidance of qualified fitness professionals while regaining a higher quality of life.
Regain optimal human movement and performance that is lost through all of the stressors that beat you up on a daily basis. Includes joint function and stability, restoring proper range of motion, and eliminating stressful postures.
This class uses structured work and rest periods to maximize efficiency of all your different energy systems. Have fun and challenge yourself using a variety of toys in our conditioning playground!
Strongman Implement Training
Strongman training techniques are effective tools to increase strength, grip, power, endurance, and overall mental toughness. Manipulation of awkward and heavy objects stimulates functional strength, and enables you to develop muscles that are difficult to develop with a traditional weight training program.
A high-energy workout that combines martial arts technique and heart-pumping cardio. Mental awareness, reflexes, co-ordination and core strength are improved through the various kickboxing movements.
